Uno R3 LED isn't blinking

I'm back and I noticed something else. From the beginning, the LED of my Genuino Uno wasn't blinking at all... not even when pressing the button.

Can it be, that there is no bootloader on my AtMega 328P? If yes, can I somehow burn it without spending more money?

Possible, but you can just check if you can upload the blink sketch. Be sure to install the driver!!!

If that doesn't work just return it to the store.
