Continuing the discussion from Arduino Cloud Agent error on MacOS Sonoma:
I am not sure if I have the same problem or not.
I am trying to set up a UNO R4 to operate on the Cloud using the "+ Device" in the Devices tab of the ARDUINO Cloud APP.
Step 1 - Start the process using the above mentioned "+ Device" button.
Step 2 - Select ARDUINO board .
Step 3 - it asks to connect your IoT device
Step - 4 Connect the R4 and it responds with "Arduino UNO R4 WiFi found". Click the Configure Button
Step 5 - "Checking your Device Connectivity" then " Give your device a name"
Step 6 - I give it a name (12 characters including underscores, & with no spaces) and click "Next"
Step 7 - a three step process stuck on first step. after a minute or so, it responds with "We could not find any Arduino device" and offers three things to do.
. Restart the Create Agent on the computer
. Reconnect the device.....
. Reset your device.
I have read the above suggestions about manually installing Create agent 1.6.1
Makes no difference.
I am using MAC OSX Sonoma 14.5 with M3 Pro processor
Any suggestions.
