UNO Stuck in DFU mode

Hi

I tried to upload the MOCO MIDI firmware to my Arduino and for some reason it is now stuck in DFU mode.
I cannot see the serial port in Device Manager

What can I do?

I'm Using Windows 7 32-bit, Arduino UNO (not SMD)

I wish I could help, but I don't own a Uno, just older models. I think DFU is something to do with the 8u2 USB serial converter chip?
