Uno WiFi / PIR and simple http POST

Hi, I'm building a probably simple project but i cant make it work.
I have one PIR sensor, i need when it detects motion to post this "http://192.168.2.100/cm?cmnd=Power0%20OFF" (its a simple request to turn off a 4ch sonoff/tasmota wifi relay).
I have the uno connect to the network, the PIR is working and i get back message and led notification but i cant post the request.
