Is it possible to install Arduino UNO WiFi's firmware in a (LOLIN)WeMos D1 Wifi? If so, how to do that

I would not think so, and why would you want to do it anyway ?

just because the uno wifi can connect to a wifi client/AP easily out of the box with the help of First Configuration or i thought so, and in case of esp8266 boards you have to do this manually and my board is giving me the following error.
P.S. The Esp8266 libraries and board manager are already installed.

Do you see the button entitled "COPY ERROR MESSAGES" ? Guess what that does
You have the target board set to be a Uno but are compiling code for an ESP8266 so no wonder that the library file cannot be found
