Just bought myself Uno board, and unfortunately it refuses to work with Tiger. As i noticed this is common problem, what are my changes to get a fix to this?
Or is it better to a) try to either find cheap osx update (seems impossible to iBook, as retail version of Leopard costs left arm these days)
b) Get individual willing to change this board to earlier version ( I got impression that Duemilanove would work like a charm? ), contact me if you are willing to do so. Uno board is brand new, just tested it few times.
Using loads of Google, found an interesting solution to this upload problem. Many documents say press reset before uploading and it should work.
Right procedure is: Press reset on Arduino board after second sequence of led flashes. Many thanks to founder of this "hack", already forgot who that guy was.
After a day of searching, this is the only thing that has worked. It's kinda hit or miss - I've got to get the timing down apparently.
I also am running an Uno with Tiger. Can anyone tell me why this works this way or if there is a solid fix for this?
