UNO with 7 Pin LCD

I recently received an LCD that I ordered, but it was not quite what I was expecting. It has 7 pins and I'm not quite sure how to deal with this. Details can be found at http://www.globals.trade/item.html?id=tb40239293400. I am wondering if there is any way to interface this LCD with an UNO R3 and if there is, how I would go about doing that.

Thanks!

Your link shows HT1621 controller. The photos show clearly marked pins.

It would obviously help if you had a Chinese friend but it looks as if it is 5V tolerant.
All the same, I would try it with 3.3V logic first.

Google for an existing HT1621 library.
If you need help writing a new library for yourself, just ask.
