Anyone please I need a program for stopwatch 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes. And also pause and play button for emergency. By using the hardware 7 segment 4 digit display. Please anyone answer this....

There are 7 segment examples, get that working , then think about the clock using and adaption of the blink without delay function or maybe an external clock .
Arduino is about learning - otherwise it’s easier to go and buy a stop watch with display.
