I have just a problem!!!

There is a problem. If I plug the USB cord sometime windows tell me that is connected an unrecognized usb device. I have changed computer and cable and the problem was the same. I note that if I plug first USB cord and the the power supply sometimes the arduino is recognized.
Have somebody the solution for me?
