Final project will use a barebone ATmega328P at low frequency.
While waiting shipment to be arrived I use a MEGA board to save time.
I tried a USB-powered configuration and I replaced GPS module with a LED and a 220-Ohm resistor but still having problem.
So I think I will have to postpone code writing for a while
