Unusual characters on the display - please help

I unplugged the 4 channel relay with 2 AC devices and 2 DC 12v, and now I did not seen the weird characters lately.

Does anyone here know how can I power the relay in opto isolation mode without the jumper?

Maybe this can solve the issue.
