Update Rate and analog signals

I have an Arduino 2009 with a GPS Shield and some analog sensors. But the GPS has an update rate from 1Hz and I want the analog signals by measured by a frequence of 10Hz. The GPS signal is written to an SD card with the analog signals. This works. But al goes with 1Hz.

Can I get the analog signal to been written to the SD card with a more frequent level (10Hz) and let the GPS signal write at 1Hz?

Not too clear but yes there is no reason why you can't write the software to do this, these are quite slow speeds.

My GPS module can only measure with a speed of 1Hz (1 polling per second) only my sensor can measure much faster. But the main loop is made for handling the GPS sensor with its 1 sec interval. Threading is not possible.

Are you using some on else's code or writing your own? Just make the main loop handle the data from the analogue signal at 10 time a second and have a counter so that every tenth time it handles the GPS.
