Upgrade ddns-script from 1.0.0-21 to 2.4.1-1 on Arduino YUN

Hi

Is there any way to upgrade the ddns-script from 1.0.0-21 to 2.4.1-1 on Arduino YUN. The latest in YUN repo is 1.0.0-21 while the latest in github is 2.4.1-1 which has some important features. Any help would be appreciated.

How can I install this on YUN?

Current version Yun firmware is Attitude Adjustment. Next one is Barrier Breaker and might be released in few months. From my understanding is no estimate release schedule for Chaos Calmer.
