upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. Arduino.exe doesn't work at all

I upgraded to window 10 pro and i reinstalled all applications again.

but, somehow, even though i re-download and reinstall arduino software, its execution keep failing.

if i double click and execution file, arduino.exe, the small window is popped up and showing the status of booting of the application. After that, it's supposed to be arduino editor window, nothing happen but it creates a log file that explaning the crash.

please let me know how to solve this problem.
