Upgrading an Arduino NG to Auto-Reset

I was going to upgrade my NG and was wondering if this is the right kind of cap? In this how to: http://www.arduino.cc/en/Hacking/NGAutoReset it said a "0.1uF (100 nano-farad) capacitor"

this is the one I found at radioshack....

I just don't want to try this, and fry my arduino.

Yes, this one can be used.

This kind of cap has no polarity. You can solder it anyway.
