Upload arduino binary

Hello,

I have copied below path from arduino IDE.++Attachment 1.

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ArduinoLLC.ArduinoIDE_1.8.15.0_x86__mdqgnx93n4wtt\hardware\tools\avr/bin/avrdude -CC:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ArduinoLLC.ArduinoIDE_1.8.15.0_x86__mdqgnx93n4wtt\hardware\tools\avr/etc/avrdude.conf -v -patmega2560 -cwiring -PCOM4 -b115200 -D -Uflash:w:C:\Users\smartron\AppData\Local\Temp\arduino_build_455740/Naadi_band710.ino.hex:i

Opened-> cmd → copied above path → Enter.

Issue: ‘C:\Program’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

How to fix this?

Let's go back, WHAT are you trying to achieve?

Because, no offense, you clearly don't know how command line works....

Hi Septillion,

Agree with you, I have just copy from IDE and pasted in command prompt.

Do i need to give a path in semicolons?

Depends on what you think to achieve and why...

Again a XYproblem. For a newbie I don't see any reason why you would want to do that...

All pathnames that contain blanks have to be enclosed in "".

The command line basically splits on spaces. Till the first space is a command, after that are arguments. To prevent that, embed stuff in double quotes.

This is one part that requires double quotes (because of the Program Files directory) "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ArduinoLLC.ArduinoIDE_1.8.15.0_x86__mdqgnx93n4wtt\hardware\tools\avr/bin/avrdude"

This is another one (for the same reason) "-CC:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ArduinoLLC.ArduinoIDE_1.8.15.0_x86__mdqgnx93n4wtt\hardware\tools\avr/etc/avrdude.conf"

There might be more.
