I am having an issue while uploading code from a few days.

Yes, the port is correct I am using Arduino from few years.
Board is Arduino mega 2560
I am using window 10 operating system which gets updates on routine.
Uploaded code without any error 
The problem might be due to Bluetooth connected
Now another error: Error opening serial port 'COM4'. (Port busy)

Are you saying you have a Bluetooth module connected to pins 0 and 1 of your Mega?
