Upload fails: "programmer is not responding"

hi,
i uploaded my code blink of built in led long back. now I'm trying to upload new code its not uploading. i cross checked ports its selected. same procedure i tried with another board its working
error message I'm getting is

Trying to upload a sketch to Arduino Uno, but it keeps getting stuck on "uploading"

Hi @dslokesh8039. Please add a reply here on this forum thread to tell us which Arduino board you are using.

Please be as specific as possible as some Arduino boards with similar names have significant differences and the forum helpers can only provide effective assistance if we are aware of which one is being used.
