Upload GPS Data From SIM800L

I have GPS data (Time, Lat & Long) saved in bytes. I Also have SIM800L connected to GPRS. Need to upload my data to a google MAP or any tracking website. I have stuck the upload code using SIM800L AT commands. Don't know where to start this uploading.

Any recommendations how this can be done....!!
