Upload on Pro or Pro Mini no longer works

Hello,
I have the IDE 1.8.13 and have programmed with it very often the "Pro or Pro Mini" 5V 16Mhz, with the CP210x USB UART Converter.
After I installed the IDE 2.0 it does not work anymore, the IDE 2.0 is now uninstalled again, the folder .../appdata/local/arduino15 I have deleted and the IDE 1.8.13 installed again

It still does not work

What works:
With the CP210x I can flash ESP8266 in the IDE 1.8.13, it does not need the DTR, because reset and boot button must be pressed at the same time to start bootload.
With the UNO board I can flash the "Pro or Pro Mini" without any problems

I have 2 CP210x, both no longer go, also have several Pro Mini, all do not go with the CP210x
No issues in Hardware Manager, driver version is 10.1.8.2466
Windows 10 Pro 22H2, Build 19045.2728

Since it had worked before installing IDE 2.0 I think that might be the cause. What can I do to get back to the old situation

Thanks in advance

Lutz

UPDATE: I've measured again with the logic analycer to find some more information about this issue. It looks very simple, for whatever reason the USB port supplies 4.95V and thus shifts the levels for the Arduino a bit, but the CP210x has only 3.3V and the Arduino does not recognize the communication, if I reduce the voltage slightly it works.
It is so that the Pro Mini does not respond to the 0xF0, as soon as the voltage is reduced he gives a 0xE0 as a response

The ESP8266 is a 3.3V board and the Uno board provides 5V level in the communication.
