I had an upload problem on my Arduino one... now this problem is stock on my card and even if I try to get a new program it keeps coming back

Found programmer: Id = "BÚI"; type = Software Version = ; Hardware Version = . avrdude: error: buffered memory access not supported. Maybe it isn't a butterfly/AVR109 but a AVR910 device?
Is there a simple way to erase the program store in the card... That will solve the problem...
Thanks I realize that I probably accidently change the setup from AVR ISP to
AVR ISP MKII. This solved the problem
