Upload to Arduino Nano fails

Hello,
I am new here in this forum, I have been trying to get a new Arduino Nano running for weeks without success.
It is recognized by the computer, the CH340 driver from CH341SER.EXE - 南京沁恒微电子股份有限公司.
I was able to install it without any problems. The Arduino Nano is displayed in the device manager under “Ports (COM & LPT)” and the processor is an ATmega328P.
If I now use the “ATmega328P Bootloader” in the Arduino IDE “COM4” as programmer
“ArduinoISP”, and the example program “flashing” and choose to upload it, the upload takes forever
and eventually aborts with the error message:

I use the original cable and have tried it with different ones, also I have used
different bootloaders and programmers.
With an Arduino Uno it works perfectly.
I have also tested the Arduino Nano on different computers with the same results.
When the arduino is connected to USB, a status led will light up to indicate that it is ready and a flashing light will appear,
i think because the standard program is on it from the factory and is also “flashing”.

I hope someone can help me.
Thanks.

ok it was dull, right after I wrote the Post I tried it again and suddenly it worked.
Uninstalled the device in the device manager, rebooted the PC with Arduino plugged in and reinstalled the CH340 driver, then set the programmer to "AVRISP mkll", set the processor to "ATmega328P (Old Bootloader)" and see which COM port it is now.

Maybe this helps somebody else.
