Upload via AVRdude gives: stk500_getsync() error. Other upload works fine.

So I haven't programmed an Arduino since Uni (2011), and decided to try it again. I got a new Arduino UNO (ATMEGA 328P) from DX.com and went to try and upload my old programs that where still on my laptop.

Everything works via the arduino software, but when I use an AVRdude .bat file i get the error: stk500_getsync() not in sync resp=0x00 error.

This is what is in the .bat file. I am sure this worked before: avrdude -p m328p -c arduino -P com9 -b 57600 -F -U flash:w:opdracht1_polling0.hex pause

When I press reset just before launching the BAT file i see the Recieve light blinking a few times before getting the error.

Does anyone know whats going on?

The baud rate is wrong for an Uno.
