Hi every one ,
This problem appears recently on my Arduino IDE , when I modify the program and try to upload it to arduino board this message appears on the bottom of the screen (Serial port 'COM1' already in use. Try quiting any programs that may be using it) , and in some cases in the task bar(Tools>Serial port) is disable !
please if any one have an idea to solve this issue ,do not hesitate for help
