I am using STM32F103 board and Arduino 1.8.12. The FDTI is connect good. The board can only upload once to get LED blinking.

But can't upload any more time, always get error as follows,

Error probing interface "serial_w32"
http://stm32flash.googlecode.com/
Cannot handle device "COM5"

Any good idea for this issue will be nice?
