Hello, I'm using a CP2012 to interface with my ATMEGA2560 chip and was wondering how I upload the bootloader to the blank chip on my custom PCB board. I was wondering how to program the chip? Do I need use another arduino as an ISP or is the CP2012 sufficient? If so how do I do it?
Yes. I hope you have broken out the ICSP pins and that there is noting connected to them as that can interfere with the burning of the boot loader.
