Greetings, I'm working on a project and I need to design a board. In such a board, I'd like to mount an ATMega328p (SMD version) in order to upload my .ino code. Is the procedure for the bootload burning and sketch upload any different from what it's written here ?

Do you want to upload just once or occasionally? You need not the bootloader. Just do it via ISP.
