Uploading Error after a successful compile

I'm trying to run the example program that was provided with my Keystudio LCD on a Mega 2560. I continue to get "Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 1". I've tried exchanging cables and the com3 is listed. The sketch complies fine. This is the entire error message:

Using Programmer              : wiring

Do you have something connected to Mega pins 0 and 1 ?
