I have been working on a watering system and finally finished the hardware. I already programmed some testing code and ran it successfully. Now that I put it all in my boxing it doesn't work anymore and tells me there was a problem with uploading it. Do you have a clue what might have been happened?

Post a schematic of the wiring. Post a clear photo of the wiring. Post the code in code tags. What should the project do? What does it actually do? Do you get compile errors. If so, post the errors.
With the schematic post links to technical information on the hardware devices. Also note what voltages parts are working on, is it 24CAC, DC or what? It might help to post a photo of the boxing.
