uploading error

I just received a new Arduino Duemilanove in the mail. I was trying to upload some example code onto the board but I kept getting this error...

avrdude done.  Thank you.

I have a Mac. I have been able to use Arduino Duemilanove boards in the past fine with this same computer. Any ideas as to why my code will not upload?

thanks in advance!

I bet you didn't select the correct board type. Your board has the new 368 chip, right ?
