Uploading failed with: "stk500_getsync() resp=0xb9"

Hi, i just get arduino clone named DCcduino Uno.
I have one big probem - when i try to upload any sketch to Uno, i get this:

Uploading failed with: "stk500_getsync() resp=0xb9"

or this:

Uploading failed with: "stk500_getsync() resp=0x95"

I can't find any help with this "resp" codes.

I tried reinstall drivers of USB=>Serial (CH340G). Nothing
I tried Loopback test after and before drivers reinstall. Nothing

Now i can't find any way to upload something.

I found something interesting.

When i try to use older 1.0.6, i get "resp=0x00"
But in 1.6.5 i now getting 0x46
