URGENT - Arduino with Libelium GM862

Hi,

I need some help.
I have the Arduino Diecimila with the GM862 Shield (Libelium).
I need to send a sms to the telit and then, the arduino reads it and send back a message.
I'm able to send messages from the arduino, but my problem is reading the messages in the Telit.
I'm sending an at command "mySerial.println("AT+CMGL=ALL");" but I can't get any answer back!
It's possible to read the answer from the at command sent to the Libelium?
Can you provide me a simple code?
