Urgent. Led driver and power supply

Hi. I dont understand much about eletronics and I need help with a project.

Basically, I have a rebel star led connected to a driver that is connected do the arduino Uno. The arduino is being powered by a 9V battery. I want that led to blink continously (3 seconds HIGH, 1 second LOW).
The driver has 5 wires: two connected to the led, one GND, one Vin and one is the PWN on off I think.
I have the Vin and GND connected to the Vin pin and GND pin in the arduino. The pwn wire I have connected to the pin 9.

The problema is: the code must be wrong because the led turns High for 1 second and Low for 3s (should be the other way) and I dont know if I have connected the wires correctly to the arduino or if I need anything else. HELP PLEASE

Well without your current code and a diagram of your circuit...

and one is the PWN on off I think.

Devil is in the details. You should not think, you should check!

And how are we suppose to help? There's not even code here! A post in the mean time but uhm CODE TAGS!!!!!!!!!!

But my guess, the last pin is a not-enable pin. So yeay, just flip the output and you're done

PS It's a forum, not a helpdesk. We're all volunteers here to help but words like urgent and "need help quick" will just make a lot of people skip the tread  If you want help quick, just pay someone to clean up your mess. Don't come knocking on volunteers doors....

Well...had to go on a hunt and assume you mean this driver?

Well looking at page 2, the output is inverse to the input.
