[Urgent] My Arduino UNO 5v pin cannot provide 5volts

I just bought Arduino UNO to my project,

But my 5v pin is cannot support 5volts.

I checked the actual volts by multimeter , it just reach 4.96volts.

Any problem of the board or something else wrong???

Something else is wrong. Your expectation. 4.96 volts is very likely at the tolerance limit of your meter and it is certainly within tolerance for the voltage regulator or USB power supply.
