Urgent: Play a video file from the computer

Hi everyone,

I am using a PIR sensor with Arduino. When this sensor output goes high I want a video file saved in my computer to play on the screen. I am using Arduino environment. But I cant find how to access a video file in arduino.

Please help me with the code. Urgent help required.
