i unfortunatly missunderstood the meaning of closing a tab in arduino (i wanted to close it by deleting it).
Now the data is deleted and unfoundable -
Does anyone have first aid?

backup: something you should have done just before disaster strikes
I suspect you are, to use a techie term, slightly stuffed then :(
save…save often. and use a version control system for code tracking. If you have windows, visualsvn is free and very easy to use.
