USB clone (UNO R3 - MEGA328P AU 1716) not registering on windows 10

Good evening,

When I plug the board into my computer, the "ON" led lights up and the "L" led blinks. The computer does not find the board on any port, it does not look like I have the CH340 (or whatever the usual Chinese clone is), and I have attempted loading different drivers and following several instructions on finding the port and installing drivers online. I am completely new to this so maybe I've missed something.

Try using a different USB cable or verify that USB cable works for data on another device. You might have a charge-only or defective USB cable.

Try using a USB 2.0 port on your computer or a USB 2.0 hub.
