Usb Host shield + Leonardo dont work on other computers

Hey guys, i have a problem with my arduino leonardo/usb host shield.
On my PC everything works fine, i dont have any problems, but once i try to use my board on another pc, with the exact same mouse, i get no Input. I installed the same libaries and drivers as on my main pc.
Is there any simple solution I just didnt think of?

fyi: yes I soldered the right pins. I tried to debug it, use different libary version, different IDE versions and so on. My guess is, there is missing a dependency like a .dll or something idk

Check the device manager for unknown devices. My USB mouse is found on "Mice...".
