Usb Host Shield Problem

Hello, I have a problem!
I ordered a USB host shield and tried to load the code "USBHIDMouse" from the "USB HOST SHIELD library 2.0" onto my Arduino Leonardo. When I put the shield on, the Arduino was disconnected from the PC. When I put the shield on my Arduino Mega 2560 I was able to upload the code, but then it always displayed a timeout when uploading. When I plugged it into my Arduino UNO, I was able to upload the code, only the shield was not found in the serial monitor. Therefore, I would like to ask if someone can help me.
Thanks in advance.

Link to the shield:

Sounds like you got a bad hardware. Looking at the price of the shield the risk for that is quite high.

@flofi510 Open the web page you linked to. Scroll down to where it says Bewertungen(80). Below that line are some pictures. The second from the left shows where to put 3 blobs of solder to fix the board. It would be a good idea to read the other comments in case there are more problems and fixes.

Thank you for all your help, I found the problem after a long search  .... It was a disconnected soldering point.
