USB host shield

Hi

I've bought an "USB host shield".
I plug it in my Arduino Uno.
Next I plug in my BTdongle, but this one doesn't response. When I plug the same dongle in my PC, The dongle lights up. When I do it in my USB shield the dongle didn't light up. My Arduino board is connected to my PC.

I've read a lot of sites but I haven't found a solution.

Please can help someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong, or what the problem is?

I am guessing you need to load a sketch to support the Bluetooth dongle. See the docs for the USB host shield library.
