USB port of the mega

Hi I wanted to know, the mega ADK can host an usb port, an I know it can host smartphones. And in the description it is said taht it can host any thing that uses an usb port, but if I want to use a keybord or a mours, will I have to make my own drivers or can I find them somewere?
