So I have an Arduino UNO I have a USB 2.0 cord going from it to my computer. But the ports on my computer are USB 3.0. I kept trying stuff and it worked once. But now it won't work. It says the app connection required to upload. PLEASE HELP.
CAN I just try a new cord or do I gotta get a hub? I've seen a lot of these problems before.
Also, I try to download the thing to connect ur board but says I cannot open zip. Also school computer so can't download the app.
ALso first time this happened only 2 lights were on (on and L) NOw I have a tx light when my computer open and when plugged in.
USB 3.0 can be a hit and miss affair with more than just Arduino's.
My usual recommendation is a reliable brand USB 2.0 HUB with its own power supply capable of supplying all the ports on the hub at maximum draw ( 500 mA ea X ports )
