Hello.
we are trying to use a numeric only keyboard with the USB Host Shield.
Connecting a normal full size usb keyboard, all ascii characters were printed to the serial console. All main + all numeric keys.
The problem comes when connecting numeric only keyboards. Keys behaves strange.
The first keyboard did not input anything, even though the power was received by the keyboard.
The second keyboard, output three characters in a row with every press of a key. (with the press of a key outputs: one unknown + one number, on release another unknown character)
Does anybody have a suggestion what goes wrong?
Do I have to try another keyboard or is there another issue.
