Using Arduino Programming Questions

New to the using Arduino. Using the Arduino IDE to download onto a Trinket 3V. With the Blink program to test, get:
avrdude: Error: usbtiny_recieve: (expected 4, got -5)

Any idea what this could be related to?

No link to the used hardware, no link to the used software (board core), no information what you have done to get this error. Did you really read the sticky post at the top of the forum?
