I found many solutions for android arduino over usb serial with android apps....
I found many solutions for controlling arduino WITH ethernet over internet with a android phone....
But I search a solution to install a webserver on a android phone and communicate with the arduino over the serial usb interface. I have no ethernet shield, but a android phone for free. 
maybe I can use it...? Any ideas?
