Use arduino Booloader in project

Hi everyone! I am developing a product that soon (i hope), will be in Kickstarter, Im using a ATMEGA 328 with the bootloader of arduino uno. My question is:

I could register and sell my dispositive if I am uploading the bootloader of arduinoUno in my ATMEGA? There will be any problem with arduino team?

You can use the bootloader. There may be a licence, but it does not forbid you to use it.
