If I light a TSP1730 with an IR signal LED 30kHz output TSP1720 is HIGH if not light, output is always HIGH. Demand: for a change in output does not just use a constant signal to 30kHz but I also modulate ON OFF?

Se illumino un TSP1730 con un segnale IR LED a 30KHZ uscita TSP1720 é ALTA se non illunimo uscita é sempre ALTA. Domanda per avere una variazione di uscita non basta usare un segnale a 30KHZ costante ma devo anche modularlo ON OFF ?
