I need to use ATSAM3X8E, which is the core of Arduino Due, in my project. Is there any clear reference or suggestion to figure it out like Arduino Uno in this page?

Thank you for your reply. Of course, I do not want to use it on the bread board. I mean how can I use it in my project on PCB.
Actually I need a microcontroller with two or three serial port. That is the reason that I cannot use Arduino UNO. In this case if you have any suggestion, it is highly appreciated.
