Programming Questions seemed wrong and this is possibly more useful here than there... But If I placed it in the wrong section, Please move it.
I found a PC board that has sockets for 6 and 10 pin ISP connectors, a 28 pin (328) 2 20 pin (1 for the 26 family and 1 for the 2313/4313) 1 14 pin (84's) and 1 8 pin (85's...)
All for $3.00 AU for a bare board that you can populate as necessary. I bought the ATPA-PCB from insidegadgets.com and I just finished testing it. It is nice.

Link please, I can't find it.

I think he is referring to this, ATtiny Programmer Adapter – insideGadgets Shop

I also picked up a couple of these boards. They seem to work okay for programming various ATtiny chips.

328's too. 5 sockets 8 to 28 pin, 6 and 10 pin ISP sockets and an LED for power indication.
