Using 104D-TCA0-R03 SD card holder - trouble with pin assignement.

Hello.

I want to make my own board and i buy CD card holder - pdf with description attached to this post.

I have trouble with pin assignment:

I see on this page

but i don't have equal pin naming on my card holder.

Please help with correct connection - fill the table:

holder pin ? / Arduino pin ?
